The following Terms & Conditions outline the responsibilities and expectations for all clients engaging with Functional Beings' services. By booking and attending a session, you agree to comply with these terms, which are designed to ensure the safety, professionalism, and integrity of our services.

These conditions are legally binding and apply to all interactions with Functional Beings, including but not limited to, appointments, communication, and use of media. 01. Consent
I give full permission to receive a deep tissue massage and I have clearance from my physician to receive it.

02. Transparency
I understand the importance of informing and updating my practitioner of all medical conditions and medications I am taking to ensure my own safety.

03. Communication
I understand that it is my responsibility to inform my practitioner during the session of any discomfort so they can adjust accordingly.

04. Cancellation
I agree to be punctual and understand that if I fail to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, I will forfeit my deposit.

05. Conduct
I understand that any inappropriate behavior or request, including being under the influence of alcohol / substances will result in immediate termination of my session.

06 Medias
I agree for photos and videos to be taken and used for documentation and educational purposes on Functional Beings website and Instagram.
